Metamorphosis Camp : 13th-15th
We were all physically tired, but spiritually refreshed. One camp which I've been truly blessed by God. Really saw God working in the midst of us, uniting us into one, praying for one another and for the lost. A whole three fruitful days of worship, prayer & fellowship. Indeed, it was metamorphosis for all of us. :)

Had service in the morning, lunch at PP (Potong Pasir) then started our camp by learning the mass dance taught by Sarah. We took quite long to learn initially, but slowly we got the hang of it. Dinner at PP again, then had a great session.

Learnt mass dance in the morning, which we had a vigorous warm-up led by Andrew before that. Hahah. So we actually learnt the whole song through the two practices. Lunch at PP as usual, then we broke up into our smaller groups of dance. I chose Athel's dance - Who am I. Though it was contemporary and a bit of ballet, I still chose it as the song really ministered to me. And it turned out pretty fine! :) Had session again, followed by sharing with our dance group. So the girls were all in the room, and we were bored so we went to look for the guys in their room. And we were so shocked to see them doing some really interesting stuff! It's my first time seeing guys so cute, doing funny stuff! Hahah! They were having a fashion show! It was really cute and funny. Then we girls were also forced to do one for them. It was a fun night laughing at one another, esp them. Guys nowadays are getting crazier than girls, haha.

All of us were so tired, with our bodies aching here and there, but still we endured and practised our mass dance in the morning. We got the formation already, but we could not do them in time yet. Haha. Then we had to dance our individual dances, and it was awesome. Then broke camp around evening time, and Athel, Nel & I cabbed home, and slept throughout.
Thank God for the camp. He has showed me how to worship Him through dance, and that my life existed to worship Him.

Met Jane in town to find presents for Nao & Nel, but only got Nao's. Walked around town for a few hours, then went to meet Shiyu to go for Yong's band concert. Had dinner at Subway :), then off to VCH for the concert. It's actually my first time watching a concert, and I was bored. All the song sounded so foreign to me, as I've no music background or anything. Only knew one, Pirates of the Carribean. It was awesome :) Interval time, met Terry so we went to sit with him at the circle seats, heh. Then the three of us wanted to a drink, so we walked all the way from VCH to Lao Pa Sa. We were enjoying ourselves eating dessert and watching old adults line dancing, hahah.

Family Camp at Malaysia : 15th-18th
The camp was alright, fellowship was good and sermon was powerful by speaker Lawrence Seow. But at times some of us were too tired till we just couldn't take it.. Hahah. Though the hotel is bad (bad facilities & lousy service), the food was not that fantastic, but it was good anyway :)

Set off early in the morning, then went to Jusco first to shop. Was happily walking slowly with Nao around the shopping mall, when we are left with 5mins and we saw FOS! Wow, we really scanned through the whole shop hurriedly trying this and that. So we were very late meeting the rest, haha. Checked in, and just slacked around in the hotel room. Had dinner that was terrible, and then session. After that, a group of us watched Scary Movie 4 that was super funny.

The three of us woke up late, but still we hurriedly ate breakfast and went for session. Had lunch, and guess what we did? We actually did our homework la. Okay, I wasn't really concentrating but managed to finish 2 POA Qns :) Dinner, then we went to night pasar malam. They sell mostly food, which we couldn't eat anymore. Still, bought myself a pair of slippers and bangles (haha!). Went back to hotel, and then over to the guys' room to play silent heart attack. When suddenly Nat shouted "Countdown. 10, 9, 8,..... 0. Happy birthday, Naomi!" Hahah! What a cute way to celebrate for her. Yup, happy birthday girl! Love you lots :D Then we watched some videos of Blink 182 singers' own house, it is beautiful. And Nat and Landy started to tell us scary stories, which are really scary.

The usual schedule: breakfast, session, lunch. The guys went swimming, we wanted to join them but decided to go shopping instead. A group of us went Parkson Grand to shop, reject shop! :) Hahah. Then went over to A&W for ice-cream waffles. Walked around that area, then chilled at Secret Recipe and celebrated for Naomi. Then went back hotel and dinner. And about 15 of us didn't go for session (which was only games and skit). We thought it was boring so we played blindmanbluff and sardine! This year's sardine is not as fun as the previous years, as the place is small and boring. Played a few rounds, then went to surprise Nel. Yup, his birthday. Happy birthday :) Went to the guys' joining rooms, one room for soccer and the other for 'Changing Lives'. Obviously I was not in the soccer one, haha. Then Priscy and I started to play 'Guess the song'. Someone has to choose a number and we'd the song from the songbook, and they must guess it. Hahah. Went back to our rooms to bathe (which the four of us had a great time singing our lungs out), then Chinwee they all came over. When I came out of the bathroom, Landy & Paul were sleeping la. So we watched soccer (my first time), Italy VS USA. It was a boring match, but still I kept laughing at soccer players who kept jumping but never touch the ball at all or players who trip and fall for no reasons. Hahah. So I actually slept halfway, and woke up when Daryl went back to his room at 630AM. Priscy was the only one awake by then, and she was so tired till she slept. It was a bad 2hrs sleep, as the two of us were crouching with the feets of the rest and sleeping under the freezing cold air con w/o blanket. Imagine 7 of us sharing two beds, it was bad. Hahah. Woke up, had sharing session and broke camp. Reached Singapore around 5pm.
Yeah, that's about the camp in M'sia. Sermon was good, but at times we just can't absorb due to our tiredness. Enjoyed the fellowship, I love Elohim! :)
